Our Run Ambassadors give their time, energy and enthusiasm to promote our fun run throughout the year. Their efforts are vital to the success of community events like this.

2026 ambassadors
Sonia Tudor
Sonia started running with her Dad. After she lost him to cancer, she couldn’t bring herself to run again until she found his bucket list in his diary. On it was to run a half marathon and London Marathon. Sonia ran it in his honour which was on his birthday in 2013.
Sonia used to run by herself until friends convinced her to join a running club. Since then she has qualified to be an England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF). Together with some friends she set up another running group with Run Together and became a mentor for new LIRFs. She also leads the couch to 5k programme for Redditch Borough Council
Sonia regularly raises money for MacMillan Cancer.
